The Mortal Hope is one of four advanced Vaal Fragments. When put into the Map Device in the Eternal Laboratory along with the other three fragments, it will create six portals to the The Alluring Abyss where the uber version of Queen Atziri can be fought.
When placed in the map device along with a regular map, it adds 5% item quantity for that area. If placed without a regular map, it opens a random level 73 corrupted area.
Notes
This fragment is by far the rarest of the 4 "Mortal" fragments, with a drop rate 16 times lower than Mortal Grief.
