Extra Gore
Extra Gore is a visual effect that makes the player splatter blood around him when enemies are killed. The effect is enabled by using the microtransaction effect Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Extra Gore Weapon Effect" or by wearing one of the following unique items: Unique items #invoke: Item table
The player can also have gore footprints by using the microtransaction effect 
Gore Footprints EffectGore Footprints EffectFootprintsAdds bloody footprints to any equipped pair of boots.
or by wearing at least one of the following unique items:
