Elemental Equilibrium

Balance is good in all things, but especially in the realm of magic.

The Elemental Equilibrium keystone passive skill gives the following effects:

• Enemies you hit with Elemental Damage temporarily get +25% Resistance to that Element.
• Enemies you hit with Elemental Damage temporarily get -25% Resistance to other Elements.
