Stream of Consciousness

Stream of Consciousness is an atlas passive skill and Atlas keystone.

Note that as of 3.18, the Stream of Consciousness atlas keystone passive prevents a Divine Vessel from being used to capture souls, as Divine Vessels count as map fragments.

As of version 3.18.0 it is located slightly above centre of the atlas passive skill tree.
