Atziri's Foible can only drop from monsters level 20 and above. A Paua Amulet must be at least itemlevel 20 in order to become Atziri's Foible using an Orb of Chance.
Could some references be added for these statements? Also, a rare level 18 monster will drop items of level 20. It seems really weird if unique drops are linked to monster level rather than item level. (all monsters in a zone have the same monster level) -AnnanFay (talk) 10:47, 17 May 2013 (UTC)
