Abandoned Dam is a Corrupted Area that can be found in The Dried Lake.
The boss is Quetzerxi, a unique Dust Scrabbler who uses a lightning cloud skill similar to one of the herald of the obelisk bloodline mods. On hit, it has a chance to spawn a 5-7 projectile lightning version of flame totem in a nova from itself. Enrages on low life.
