Lua error in Module:Item2/core at line 271: Consumable Effect is not a valid cosmetic type.
Carnival Fireworks is a consumable effect microtransaction feature that plays an animation of carnival fireworks when used. There were sold for 15 points and came in stacks of 10.
Carnival Fireworks were only available for purchase from Feb 5, 2016 to Feb 14, 2016.[1]
