Pages using {{Item}} that have a broken item reference in any of the upgraded_from parameters.
Fixing
- Edit the page
- Click "Preview Page"
- Check "Lua Logs" under "Parser profiling data:" (click to expand)
- Adjust the entries in question so they point to an existing item
- If the item existing, but the error persists, try null-editing or purging the page
