This table shows the increased damage per category: 56% increased damage over 8 passives with no restriction on source 76% increased damage over 9 passives with spells 144% increased damage over 17 passives with any weapon 164% increased damage over 18 passives with mace attacks 168% increased damage over 20 passives with wand attacks And it adds the preceeding damage increase down the rows.

It might server better showing the relative amount per type: 56% increased damage over 8 passives with no restriction on source 20% increased damage over 1 passives with spells 68% increased damage over 8 passives with any weapon 20% increased damage over 1 passives with mace attacks 4% increased damage over 2 passives with wand attacks but these numbers are a bit off.
