Mana reduction to 130%

The most recent patch note on the wiki was "mana cost reduced from 150% to 140%". However in the game, on 2.1.2, the mana cost is 130%. This change is not documented in the patch notes for 1.3, 2.0 or 2.1. I have added it as a 2.0 change for now because that patch contained far more support gem changes than the others.

Does quality effect DoTs?

It says "The chaos damage will not be added to damage that is not part of a hit".

DoTs won't be counted, however is the quality increased Chaos damage applied to DoTs?-AnnanFay (talk) 19:34, 1 March 2013 (UTC)
