Implicit modifier

An Implicit modifier is a modifier that a particular base item naturally has, before any affix adds additional modifiers. These are listed seperately from affix-granted modifiers in their own section in the item tooltip. Not all items have implicit modifiers.

Items with Implicit modifiers:

• Rings
• Amulets
• Belts
• Quivers
• Weapons (except Axes and Bows)
• Shields (except Tower shields and Bucklers)

You can randomize the value of an Implicit modifier with a Blessed Orb.
