"Damage over time multiplier" is a modifier that affects damage over time.
Math
% increased damage over time multiplier is additive with other modifiers that include the words "increase" and "multiplier". It is not additive with #%increased damage over time modifiers that do not include the word "multiplier". [1]
Math Example
- 1,000 Base Damage over time per second.
- 300% increased damage over time.
- 100% increase damage over time multiplier.
- 1,000 x 4 x 2 =
- 8,000 final damage over time per second.
