What does "Damage prevented from Hits" exactly mean?

Armour? Evasion? Blocking? Resistances?

My understand is that it refers to percent Physical Damage reduction (directly or from Armour), flat Reduced Damage taken from Hits, and Blocked hits. Dodge and Evasion prevent the Hit entirely, not the damage, so they don't count. Resistances are irrelevant because only Physical damage is counted. --RenegadeKamui (talk) 23:19, 4 January 2020 (UTC)
