The Unbreathing Queen III is a sealed prophecy. It is a part of The Unbreathing Queen prophecy chain. The spirit of hero can be found in the Beacon zone (Part 2, Act 6) by the torch where the player discarded the black flag to summon Weylam Roth.
Obtaining
The only way to obtain it is to seal a prophecy with the same name.
