The Plaguemaw IV is a sealed prophecy. It is a part of The Plaguemaw prophecy chain. It appears to be fulfillable while in The Imperial Gardens, The Blood Aqueduct, Villa Map, Castle Ruins Map and not just the Hedge Maze.
Obtaining
The only way to obtain it is to seal a prophecy with the same name.
