The Plaguemaw I is a sealed prophecy. It is a part of The Plaguemaw prophecy chain.

Prophecy

Upon defeating the boss of a corrupted area, a unique golem called Eber's Colossus will appear.

In Act2 The Cypt Level1 Corrupted area.

Obtaining

The only way to obtain The Plaguemaw I is to seal a prophecy with the same name, which will transform it into an item. They are exclusive to the Prophecy leagues.
