This quest is given to you by Tarkleigh after completing the previous quest, Breaking Some Eggs.
You must travel to the Flooded Depths (entrance located within the Lower Submerged Passage) and kill The Deep Dweller (unique giant crab).
Retun to the Lioneye's Watch and talk to Tarkleigh to receive your reward.
