A portal is an entity that allows instant travel to and from the town in the act where it is created, or the previous town if the current town is unvisited. A portal can be used many times however will disappear when the creator uses it to from the town-side.
Portals will automatically disappear after the instance they are linked to has expired. Portal scroll
Portal scrolls are single-use items. They can be dropped by monsters, found in various containers or bought from NPCs for 3 Scrolls of Wisdom.
