Use
This trinket enables you to oneshot a Gargoyle in a trial against Atziri. After the first Gargoyle is killed, the trinket is destroyed and cannot be used again. To "aktivate" it, it has to be in yor inventory. If you want to save it, you can put it into your stash, right before you enter a Fight against Atziri.
