Haunted Mineshaft is a corrupted area that can be found in The Mines Level 1 and The Mines Level 2. It uses the mines tileset.
The boss is Calxipher, a fire-themed Voll's Fallen. It casts Flame Dash, Flame Totem and Magma Orb with Chain.
