100% more cost of Map Crafting Options [1]
Overloaded Circuits is an Atlas passive skill and Atlas keystone.
Mechanics
Overloaded Circuits causes your map crafting options to choose three random notable Atlas passive skills associated with that league to treat as allocated at but doubles the cost of map crafting options. It can select Atlas passives that are already allocated on the actual passive tree[1]. When combined with Bold Undertakings, this keystone will apply to both map crafting options from Fortune Favours the Brave, for a total of up to 6 Atlas passives.[2]
When combined with Module Error: No passives found with q_where = passive_skills.name="Wandering Path", Overloaded Circuits will still attempt to allocate notables, but these notables will grant nothing.[3]
Ruthless mode
In Ruthless mode, it causes all maps you open to have allocated three random notable Atlas passive skills instead.
Location
As of version 3.22.0 it is located near the center of the Atlas passive skill tree inside the Map cluster.
