Tier 1-15 Maps found have 10% chance to become 1 tier higher
Final Map Boss in each Map has 5% chance to drop an additional connected Map [1]

Shaping the World is a notable atlas passive skill.
In addition to granting a chance to make maps drop with a chance for a higher tier, it also grants final map bosses have a chance to drop a connected map.
Ruthless mode
This passive has a lower chance to provide higher tier maps in Ruthless mode. Additionally, it no longer grants a chance to drop a connected map and causes monsters to have 15% of physical damage gained as cold.
