Balance is good in all things, but especially in the realm of magic.
The Elemental Equilibrium keystone passive skill gives the following effects, lasting 5 seconds:
- Enemies you hit with Elemental Damage temporarily get +25% Resistance to that Element.
- Enemies you hit with Elemental Damage temporarily get -25% Resistance to other Elements.
In case of enemy being hit with an attack that carries two elements it will get -50% Resistance to third one. An attack carrying all three elements does not trigger Elemental Equlibrium.
