It demonstrates [[Furnace Trap]]s, taking player's energy shield and health quickly when cut by them, enough to kill in roughly five seconds. The damage does not depend on difficulty, but the layout is harder on higher difficulties. The health loss can be countered with potions and partially avoided with {{sl|Leap Slam}}. It does not affect fire-related monsters.

Trial of Burning Rage is one of the Trials of Ascendancy, and is found in The Crematorium. It demonstrates Furnace Traps, taking player's energy shield and health quickly when cut by them, enough to kill in roughly five seconds. The damage does not depend on difficulty, but the layout is harder on higher difficulties. The health loss can be countered with potions and partially avoided with Leap Slam. It does not affect fire-related monsters.
