Neglected Cellar is a Corrupted Area that can be found in City of Sarn, The Warehouse District, The Battlefront, The Hedge Maze. It uses the Warehouse tileset.
The boss is Rima, Deep Temptress, a unique Merveil's Daughter. She throws multiple Freezing Pulse and Ice Nova traps, casts Ice Storm, and slows nearby enemies.
