These features may not be universal but have been observed at least once.

Visually similar to the Ledge from act one, but experience a rainstorm and laid out a bit differently. There are several long paths through and around a large plateau structure surrounded by sea. You start on one spur of cliffs jutting out into the ocean, and the Chatters based boss can be found on another. Once you clear the first few monster packs you'll have plenty of room to run, but not much to hide behind.
