1% quality = 1% life leech ? so the game give 21% life leech at lvl 1 with 20% quality ???

It's 1% life leech rate, which I guess means the life you leech goes into your life faster

-::[s]I don't really understand this either especially after reading this from the first paragraph: "The rate of life gained from life leech is 20% of maximum life per second"  Does this mean that the MAXIMUM you can leech is 20% of your max life per second?  For example: I have 5k life, and deal enough damage to be leeching 2k life back to me per second.  Due to the limit of "20% of your max life per second" would that mean that I only leech 1k life back over that one second and the other 1k life(over the maximum rate) is discarded?  Or will I leech back 2k over 2 seconds?[/s]
