Error with Atziri's Foible
On Table 5.3 when sorting by x% rate, Atziri's Foible displays 20-30%, because it's only taking into account the Paua Amulet implicit modifier. But there is also an explicit modifier that grants 80-100% Mana Regeneration Rate, so the value in the table should be 100-130%. I couldn't figure out how to fix this myself, sorry!
