Passives granting conditional elemental resistance, like while holding a shield, do apply. Jewels granting elemental resistance in the radius of this jewel (like around the Scion starting area) do not get enhanced. Nodes affected by can't be modified by other jewels therefore do not work with The Blue Dream.

Passives modified with tattoos will apply. Each minor intelligence node in radius with applied will add another 8% chance to gain a power charge on kill. The jewel socket near Witch has 9 intelligence nodes, and the one near Templar has 4.
