You are being slowed and suffocated by grasping bile.

Drowning is a debuff that reduces the movement speed of the character and deals physical and chaos damage over time. It is inflicted by waves of bile in the arena of The Infinite Hunger.

Upon hitting 10 stacks, the player is "pulled under" into an underground area.
