Skill functions and interactions

You and nearby Non-Minion Allies have a 10% chance to create Consecrated Ground on Hitting a Rare or Unique Enemy: this stat applies to skills used by proxies, but only when the proxy has died, likely due to a bug. This effectively disables it for totems, as well as trap and mine skills that hit faster than the trap or mine's death animation.
