Withering Presence is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Occultist. It grants more chaos damage and a large amount of chaos resistance. It also causes you to apply Withered to nearby enemies for 15 seconds every second and causes enemies afflicted with Hinder to deal less damage over time.
