Itemized seed no longer exist in Path of Exile. This article describes Harvest content as it was during Harvest league. Version 3.13.0 added Harvest to the core game in a greatly simplified form that does not include any of the garden building mechanics.

Wild Homunculus Grain is a T2 Harvest Seed. Since version 3.13.0 the seed is pre-planted in The Sacred Grove by random.

When harvesting this seed, the seed would spawns Wild Homunculus as boss.

Recipes

Reveals a random effect that exchanges Fossils, Essences, Delirium Orbs, Oils or Catalysts when Harvested

When harvesting the seed, the game would choose 1 of the following crafting options (updated as of Harvest league):[1]

  • Change a stack of Fossils into a different type of Fossil
  • Change a stack of Essences into a different type of the same tier
  • Change a stack of Delirium Orbs into a different type of Delirium Orb
  • Change a stack of Oils into a different colour of Oil
  • Change a stack of Catalysts into a different type of Catalyst

Item acquisition

Wild Homunculus Grain is drop disabled.

The itemized seed no longer drops. Wild Homunculus can be found in The Sacred Grove by random.

  • Harvest has been added to the core game and has been vastly reworked. It no longer contains a garden-building component, nor a permanent garden of your own. Instead, you now have a chance to discover a portal to an established Sacred Grove in maps, which contains several different harvestable plots.

  • Harvest characters will soon be migrated to their respective parent leagues. The Sacred Grove and its contents have been removed. Harvest Infrastructure and Seeds outside of The Sacred Grove will be removed at a later date.
