Vile Bastion

Vile Bastion is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Occultist. It grants flat energy shield regeneration and percentage energy shield regeneration for each enemy killed by you or your minions recently. It also grants immunity to stun while you have any amount of energy shield.

Since this passive grants energy shield regeneration, it is not removed by Vaal Pact, unlike life regeneration that is converted with Zealot's Oath.

3.7.0	Now grants 1% energy shield regeneration per second for each enemy you or your minions have killed recently, up to 10% (from a maximum of 30%). No longer grants +150 to maximum energy shield.
3.2.0	Added +150 to maximum Energy Shield. Energy shield regeneration per enemy killed increased from 0.5% to 1%. Energy shield regeneration is now capped at 30%. Enemies killed by your minions now also grant energy shield regeneration. Now grants stun immunity while you have any amount of energy shield, instead of only at full energy shield.
