From the release of version 3.14.0 until version 3.15.0, Vaal Reliquary Keys could be obtained in any league as an extremely rare drop in map areas. They currently do not exist outside of permanent Standard and Hardcore leagues and can be obtained only by trading with other players in those leagues.
