Vaal Lightning Arrow is a bowVaalattackskill that fires a barrage of arrows which travel for a short time before randomly changing direction, repeating this behaviour several times. Hitting an enemy causes it to be struck with a bolt of lightning that also can hit nearby enemies.
Projectile Speed: as the time the arrows can travel is fixed, modifying projectile speed affects the total coverage of these arrows, as well as the ability to hit a specific target multiple times over its uptime.
Increasing projectile speed will cause the arrows to travel further, increasing overall clear coverage.
Reducing projectile speed will make the arrows concentrate in a smaller area, improving the chance to hit a specific enemy. Projectiles can hit a target once per direction change.
Fork and chain instead cause projectiles to change directions additional times; this also increases their overall uptime.
