Vaal Immortal Call is a vaal spell that for a brief duration renders the player unable to drop below 1 life.

Skill Functions and Interactions

Upon usage, for a short duration the player's health cannot drop below 1, thus the player is unable to die.

Despite having the Guard gem tag, Vaal Immortal Call is not affected by modifiers to guard skill duration or guard skill cooldown recovery rate.

Vaal Immortal Call currently does not exist outside of permanent Standard and Hardcore leagues and can be obtained only by trading with other players in those leagues.

3.3.0	Now requires 100 souls per use (up from 48). Now prevents you from gaining Vaal souls for 8 seconds after use. Can no longer be obtained via corruption, Vaal side area, or divination card.
1.1.0d	Vaal Skill soul counts were initially balanced for Merciless difficulty, where there are more monsters. We want them to be easier to use in Normal and Cruel difficulty. We have halved the number of souls required for each skill. In Cruel difficulty, skills require 50% more souls to uses. In Merciless difficulty, they require 100% more (which is the same as before the patch).
