Twister is a skill that launches a tornado that randomly moves around and damages enemies for a short duration. It has a 100% chance to trigger when the player gains Avian's Might or Avian's Flight, which are buffs granted by Aspect of the Avian. Cycling through these buffs by scaling reduced/less duration modifiers or faster expiry of buffs modifiers allows this skill to deal damage automatically and repeatedly.
