You are caught in the tide, which slows you and deals cold damage over time.
Tidal Wave is an environmental debuff in the boss room of Tsoagoth, The Brine King, as well as its map version Nassar, Lion of the Seas. When the player character touch the boundaries of the circular arena, which are made of tidal waves, will applies this debuff.
The debuff deals cold damage over time as well as slow the player character.
