The Unbreathing Queen V is a prophecy. It is a part of The Unbreathing Queen prophecy chain.

The prophecy will spawn Volkuur, the Unbreathing Queen as boss, as well as skeleton side bosses Terese Napora, Rania Skyborne and Lora, The Contender. The map also contains other monster such as Volkuur's Flameguard, Volkuur's Frostguard and Volkuur's Stormguard.

Version history

3.17.0	Removed the Prophecy mechanic from the game, and moved many of its rewards to other content. Silver Coins can no longer drop. Existing Silver Coins and itemised Prophecies will be deleted from your inventory and stash the next time you log in after the launch of 3.17.0.
3.0.0	Due to the introduction of the new set of unique items. Old set of unique items that was exclusive to The Pale Court encounter are now move to the last prophecy of that respective prophecy chain.
