Module Error: No skills found with q_where = skill.active_skill_name="Summon Greater Harbinger of Time": Summons a minion which will cast 
The Torrent's Reclamation aura buff on the player every 10 seconds. The buff lasts for 8 seconds and grants 20%[citation needed] more action speed.
This version of the skill doesn't affect enemies, unlike the regular version.
