Tasalio, Cleansing Water is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Chieftain. It causes modifiers to fire resistance apply to cold and lightning resistance at half its value and causes ignite to no longer deal damage to the user.

Ruthless mode

Modifiers to Fire Resistance also apply to Cold and Lightning Resistances at 50% of their Value
Unaffected by Ignite

Tasalio, Cleansing Water in Ruthless mode is unchanged.
