Once again, Unique Collection Tab may be a hint that what is Ultimatum league-specific item.
The counter in perma league is 1139 but seem messed up by not adding Ritual league unique (see Talk:Ritual league) to the counter, so that 1139-1129 = 10 , may be is the number of newly released AND available to the drop pool in perma league. They are:
- Triumvirate Authority (Atziri item?)
- Atziri's Rule
- Cane of Kulemak (mastermind?)
- Steelworm
- The Scales of Justice (lab)
- Kurgal's Gaze (abyss)
- Tecrod's Gaze (abyss)
- Amanamu's Gaze (abyss)
- Ulaman's Gaze (abyss)
- Contract: Jamanra's Rest (heist contract that delayed from the league)
The unique not on the perma league list and on Ultimatum league's Unique Collection Tab are: (the counter is 1150, 1139+6(Ultimatum)+5 (Ritual)=1150 )
