Updating Strategy to 3.7.0

Hi,

While reading the article on SSF I noticed that the Strategy section still refers to the Forsaken Masters and that attack skills don't scale with level (which is no longer the case for most attack skills).

I looked on the Path of Exile Wiki:To-do list/3.7.0 page but could not find any mention of this article.

Unfortunately I am no expert on SSF nor do I have the time to update the page.
