item mechanics

I used an OoS on a Rare 6S body armor with 3 or mods on it (obtained via either an Orb of Chance or Orb of Alchemy can't remember) and it removed EVERYTHING (except sockets of course) and turned it into a normal/white item. Andy5421 (talk) 05:19, 21 January 2019 (UTC)

Yes, that is correct behaviour and what it means to remove all modifiers. --Illviljan (talk) 06:03, 21 January 2019 (UTC)
