ground effect of debuff?
I provisionally write it as "ground effect". but the effect still there or not when i walk into a net? or the effect is always apply by monster by throwing a net, but not apply to the player even i walked into an empty net? Both scenarios are different. Neokowloon (talk) 07:14, 1 March 2020 (UTC)
