Mana cost reduction
The section need to fix and check the passive still exist or not. Just run the pypoe bot and quite a lot of passive has new stat id "base_cost_+%" instead of "base_mana_cost_-%". Probably need to create new article cost/skill cost or placed somewhere.... Neokowloon (talk) 12:56, 27 June 2021 (UTC)
