Damage over time: Outdated info

The sentence "The increased quantity from this gem does not apply to enemies killed by degeneration or damage over time effects." is wrong since patch 1.0.6., at least for Righteous Fire, as can be seen here: http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/777247 "Fixed a bug where Righteous Fire was not correctly supported by the Item Quantity or Item Rarity support gems."
