Faster start of Energy Shield recharge
Since The Awakening, the only passive skill in the skill tree providing faster start of Energy Shield recharge is Essence Surge in the cluster right next to Eldritch Battery (providing a 15% faster start of Energy Shield recharge).
Void Barrier, Energy Shield and Recovery and Arcane Focus have all been altered to provide a +x% increased Energy Shield recharge rate instead of a +x% faster start of Energy Shield recharge. The currently listed passives are still pre 2.0.0. Can anyone change this? -Decimus2000 (talk) 23:25, 15 august 2015 (CET)
