Skill Effect Template

The Skill Effect Template is flawed as can be seen with Tiki Totem: "Skill Affecred: Spell Totem SupportSpell Totem SupportSupport, Spell, Totem
Icon: T
Level: (1-20)
Cost & Reservation Multiplier: 200%
Requires Level 8Supports spell skills that are not triggered. Instead of casting that spell, you will summon a totem that casts the spell for you.Supported Skills deal (49-40)% less Damage
Supported Skills will summon a Totem which uses that Skill
Totem lasts 8 seconds
Supported Skills have 40% less Cast Speed

Additional Effects From 1-20% Quality:
Supported Skills have (0.5-10)% increased Totem Placement speed
This is a Support Gem. It does not grant a bonus to your character, but to skills in sockets connected to it. Place into an item socket connected to a socket containing the Skill Gem you wish to augment. Right click to remove from a socket.

. The 'skill affected' section, in my opinion, is not needed as it is redundant. The Description of the Skill Effect clearly states which skill or skills are affected. All that is needed is to insert the Template:Sl into the description like so: "Replaces the standard Spell Totem SupportSpell Totem SupportSupport, Spell, Totem

with a coloured totem that has carved tiki designs." --FaceLicker (talk) 00:45, 8 March 2013 (UTC)

I changed the template to add the little shop coin and to add some color to the page, it now matches the PoE website. I also reduced the pixel width on the images by 25%. I think the page looks cool now, the colors make everything pop. I do think some categorical organization will be needed in the future once more effects are added. Does anyone care about the changes? --FaceLicker (talk) 13:53, 20 March 2013 (UTC)

Looks great to me. I think we'll also want to put the alternate skill effects on the relevant skill pages too. Iamacyborg (talk) 14:05, 20 March 2013 (UTC)
